摘　要：

威廉·罗伯茨的新著《马克思的“地狱篇”——〈资本论〉的政治理论》构建了对《资本论》自由观的新共和主义阐释。通过重新解读《资本论》第 1 卷，罗伯茨认为，马克思对资本主义市场、生产和政治领域中存在的非人身的、客观的支配形式，实际上已经提出了免于支配的自由观。这一阐释为理解《资本论》第 1 卷的论证结构和政治哲学提供了新的思路。不过，它面临的困境在于，片面地将马克思的政治理论奠基于交换关系分析，并且误解 了《资本论》中的欺诈概念和原始积累理论的性质。

 

The Idea of Freedom in Capital:

A Neo-republicanism Interpretation and Its Difficulties

Abstract William Roberts’ new book, Marx's Inferno: The Political Theory of Capital, constructs a neo-republicanism interpretation of the view of freedom in Capital. By reinterpreting Capital, Volume 1, Roberts argues that Marx reveals and critiques impersonal, objective forms of domination in Capitalist market, production, and political sphere, and proposes a concept of freedom from domination similar to that of neo- republicanism. This interpretation provides a new approach to understanding the argumentative structure and political philosophy of Capital, Volume 1. The difficulties it faces, however, are the one-sided grounding of Marx’s political theory in the analysis of exchange relations and a misunderstanding of the nature of the concept of fraud and the theory of primitive accumulation in Capital.
