摘 要:

在当代中国价值观国际传播中,过分强调自我而无视、敌视他者是不可取的;同样,一味迎合他者而放弃自我也是不可取的。由此可见,自我与他者的关系是当代中国价值观国际传播躲不开、绕不过的基础问题。一方面,要理直气壮地坚持自我立场,坚持传播内容由中国自己生产,传播重点由中国自己选择,传播过程由中国自己主导,传播效果由中国自己评估。另一方面,要正视他者在传播中的地位和作用,将他者视为传播内容生产的必要助手,传播活动展开的客体要素,传播效果评估的主要参考,传播策略构建的基本依据。坚持自我,是正视他者的前提;正视他者,是坚持自我的限界。为此,当代中国价值观的国际传播必须在坚守自我立场的前提下,尊重他者;在自我与他者的和谐互动中,增进价值理解,达成价值共识。

The Ego and the Other in International Communication of Contemporary Chinese Values

Abstract:The relationship between the ego and the other is a fundamental and inevitable issue in international communication of Chinese values.On one hand,during the process of the international communication,the ego must be maintained reasonably,which means China should be the subject to produce communication content,select communication emphasis,control communication process,and assess communication effect.On the other hand,the other must be envisaged rightly,which is a necessary assistant for the production of communication content,an object element for the system of communication activity,an major indicator for the assessment of communication effect,and a fundamental basis for the construct of communication tactics.Persisting the ego is the precondition of envisaging the other,and envisaging the other is the limit of persisting the ego.Therefore,China puts forward to respect the others’ values firstly and clearly in international communication of Chinese values.To enhance value understanding and reach value consensus as much as possible,China will harmoniously interact with the other in the way of theoretical dialogue and practical communication.
