摘　要：

 人类命运共同体的文化构建体现出当代中国推动世界文明发展进步的使命和担当。文化构建需要正确把握主体性原则，超越认识论层面的主体认知限度以汇聚人类共同意识，探寻符合人类普遍利益的共同价值。人类的共同价值内蕴着世界普遍联系和相互作用的公共性特质，公共性体现了社会成员共同的存在状态，公共性的凝合过程构成了共同价值生成机制的具体表征。人类命运共同体的文化构建具有深厚的中华优秀传统文化基因，是中华文明与其他文明交流互鉴、相互融合的产物。人类命运共同体的文化构建超越了认知主体性的二元对立思维，在价值维度上致力于凝聚指向公共性的全人类共同价值，为世界文明的发展增添了新能量。

 

The Cultural Construction of a Community with a Shared Future For Mankind and the Addition of New Energy of Civilization

Abstract The cultural construction of the community with a shared future for mankind reflects the mission and responsibility of contemporary China to promote the development and progress of world civilizations. The construction of culture requires a correct understanding of the principal role of culture, transcending the epistemological limits of subject cognition and building up the common consciousness of human beings, so as to explore the common value in line with the universal interests of human beings. The common value of mankind is of public nature in that the world is universally interconnected and interacted; this nature reflects the common state of existence of social members, and its condensation process constitutes the concrete representation of the generative mechanism of the common value. The cultural construction of a community with a shared future for mankind, embedded in the best of Chinese culture, is a product of exchanges, mutual learning and integration between the Chinese civilization and other civilizations. The cultural construction of the community with a shared future for mankind goes beyond the binary opposition mentality of cognitive subjectivity, and concentrates on building up the common values of mankind with public nature in the value dimension, adding new energy to the development of world civilizations.
