中国的经济社会发展和国家治理现代化具有显著的政党主导特征。中国共产党为适应经济社会变迁而进行的回应性调适和体制机制创新是缔造发展奇迹的根本保证。在伟大的经济发展和社会变革过程中，党积累了丰富宝贵的领导经济社会发展的历史经验。始终发挥党总揽全局、协调各方的领导核心作用，确保理念更新、制度建设、体制调适、机制创新、战略规划的相互促进和良性互动成为党有效领导经济社会发展最重要的经验。持续提升党的全面领导水平和长期执政能力，以高质量党建促进高质量发展，以及具有强烈现代化取向的发展型政党是中国经验最核心的构成要素。

 

Historical Process and Basic Experience of the CPC’s Effective Leadership of Economic and Social Development

Abstract  The development of China’s economy and society and the modernization of national governance have a remarkable characteristic of political party centralism. The responsive adjustment and institutional mechanism innovation of the Communist Party of China to adapt to the changes of economy and society are the fundamental guarantee for the creation of the development miracle. In the process of great economic development and social change, the Party has accumulated rich and valuable historical experience in leading economic and social development. The most important experience for the Party to lead the economic and social development effectively is to give full play to the central role of the Party in taking the overall situation and coordinating all parties so as to realize the mutual promotion and benign interaction in terms of idea renewal, system construction, system adjustment, mechanism innovation and strategic planning. The constant improvement of the Party’s leadership and ruling ability as well as the promotion of high-quality development through high-quality party building are the fundamental elements in the building of a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
