摘 要:

 伦理与道德是理解伦理学和道德学的关键性概念,二者在以往的研究中经常是不加区分甚至是互用的,因为就词义而言,二者在本源上具有同源性,都是指社会的风俗、习惯、规约等。但学术史发展表明,伦理与道德还是有重要区别的,甚至表现为谁对谁有优先解释权的问题,如黑格尔将道德上升到伦理,而李泽厚则主张从伦理进入道德,这表明二者具有共时态的互释性,即伦理与道德是可以相互解释的。当代伦理学发展的一个明显趋势是逐渐从“伦理学就是道德哲学”的“绑架”中挣脱出来,以更加广阔的视域和自身独特的方式进入并服务于真正的、新型的“人伦”世界,与道德学并行,实现“离而不分”的“自由发展”。这种分离会促使道德学侧向于道德本身的个体德性塑造,伦理学侧向于伦理实体之上的利益关系调节。无伦理规范的道德和无道德律令的伦理也许会成为可能,德性伦理与规范伦理之争论也许会得以破解。

 

Mutual Interpretation and Orientation Between Ethic and Morality

Abstract Ethic and morality are key concepts for understanding ethics and moral philosophy. In the previous research, the two notions are often indistinguishable and even interchangeable, because they share the same origin in terms of meaning, both referring to social customs, habits, protocols, and so on. However, the development of academic history shows that there exist importance distinctions between ethic and morality, even in the issue on who has the right of first interpretation. For exampleHegel elevated morality to ethic, while Li Zehou advocated the study of morality from ethic. Their studies indicate that ethic and morality have synchronic interpretations, that is, they can be explained mutually. An obvious trend in the development of contemporary ethics is to gradually break away from the coercionof ethics is moral philosophy, and to enter and serve the real and new human relationsworld with a broader horizon in its own way, in order to achieve afree developmentin parallel with moral studies. This separation will propel moral studies to focus on the shaping of individual virtues, while ethics focuses on the regulation of interests over ethical entities. Morality without norms and ethic without moral imperative may become possible, and thus the disputes between so-called virtue ethic and normative ethic may be resolved.
