摘　要：

人类的发展实践及经济社会的全面进步，与一定意义上生存和生活方式的深刻变迁同步。作为一种显性的制度理性事实，近代以来，有关发展之价值论根基问题，在理论和实践上均深度关涉对一般价值本质的哲学反思与追问，关涉发展实践与价值关系变革实质之历史性探问。在现代合理性理论视域内，价值被归结为人性进化所能达到的文明高度的实践—文化表征。基于现代性批判与中国特色发展实践，在美好生态、正义社会、品质生活三维目标有机整合的意义上，完全可以对中国政府提出的作为当今人类发展理念和模式之最     新成果的五大发展理念，做出融历史镜鉴、现实针对性与未来前瞻性为一体的全面分析与总体性诠释。

 

The Practice of the Concept of Justice and the Logic of Better Life

On the Value Basis of the Five Development Ideas from the Perspective of “Rationality”

Abstract  The development of mankind and the overall progress of economy and society are synchronized with the profound changes of survival and lifestyle in a certain sense. As a kind of explicit institutional rational fact, the axiological foundation of development has been deeply related to the philosophical reflection and questioning of the essence of general value in theory and practice and to the historical exploration of the essence of development practice and the change of value relationship in recent decades. From the perspective of modern rationality theory, value is attributed to the practice of cultural representation, which can be achieved by the evolution of human nature. Based on the criticism of modernity and the view of China’s development practice as well as on the organic integration of the three-dimensional goals of better ecology, a just society and a quality life, we can make a comprehensive analysis and an overall interpretation of the five development concepts proposed by the Chinese government as the latest achievements of today’s human development concepts and models, which are integrated with historical mirror, realistic pertinence and future prospects.
