摘　要：

浙江近年来突破地域限制，积极推进特色小镇建设，并将其作为推进内涵式、质量型城镇化过程中的一个重大战略突破与新引擎，其成功模式值得在全国推广。浙江特色小镇的分布与产业集聚在地缘层面表现出了一定的内部关联性和空间趋同性，大致沿“建德航空小镇—义乌丝路金融小镇—宁海智能汽车小镇”一线呈南北区域分异。其发展呈现三种模式，即历史文脉型模式、新兴经济型模式和特色产业型模式。浙江特色小镇的经验模式为我国旅游业的发展树立了标杆。

Specialized Small Towns: Zhejiang Experience of Tourism & Its Enlightenment

Abstract Zhejiang has made a breakthrough in regional restrictions and actively promoted the construction of specialized small towns in recent years. The specialized small towns project is considered as a major strategic breakthrough and a new engine in the process of promoting intensive and qualitative urbanization. It was considered as a successful model in China. The distribution and industrial agglomeration of Zhejiang specialized small towns show a certain internal relationship and spatial convergence in the geopolitical level, which are roughly divided into north and south regions along the front line of “Jiande Air Town - Yiwu Silk Road Financial Town - Ninghai Smart Car Town”. Its development presents three modes, namely, the historical context mode, the emerging economic mode and the specialized industrial mode. The experience of Zhejiang specialized small towns offers considerable implications for the development of tourism industry in China.
