摘　要：

城市社会日益成为一种复杂的、生态性、生命型的风险社会。理解与营建城市社会，迫切需要生态生命意识与风险意识的统一性、同时性、互嵌性自觉。一部城市史，是一部人与风险始终相互伴随、相互作用的历史。城市行动、城市发展的辩证性、负面性，城市观念、城市认识的滞后性、片面性，城市运行、城市建制的问题性、脆弱性，是生成城市风险的主要原因。人是城市的创造者，也是城市风险的根本源头。治理与防范城市风险，需要对城市关系进行全面调整，特别需要对人的身心与行为进行启蒙、约束与治理。

Self-awareness and Risk Governance of Urban Society:From the Perspective of Urban Philosophy and History of Criticism on Civilization

Abstract:Urban society is gradually becoming a risk society which is complex,ecological and vibrant.To comprehend and establish urban society,the unity,simultaneity and interacted self-awareness between ecological and risk consciousness are urgently needed.An urban history is a history that people and risks perpetually accompany and interact with each other.Urban activities,the dialectical and negative aspects of urban development,the concept of cities,the lag,one-sidedness of urban understanding,urban operations,the problems and vulnerabilities of urban system constitute the main causes of urban risks.Not only are people the creators of cities,they are also the fundamental source of urban risks.It is necessary to be comprehensively self-aware and adjust urban relations,especially to carry out urban enlightenment,urban constraints and urban governance on people's physical,mental and psychological behaviors,in order to manage and prevent urban risks.
